I've been a member at the [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA][PERSON_NAME] for many years. The stair master has been broken for weeks!
Could you please get it fixed? The city of [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA][PERSON_NAME] is growing, and we have a very small gym. Very old machines take way too long to get machines fixed. They really need to update their machines.
There's a new huge battery plant opening in the city next year, and we really need another Fit4Less to accommodate the city! But for now, can you please keep the old machines running?

- Cancelled my fit4less membership, but I was charged again; my account shows no membership yet 2-3 charges and a save-rate fee; refund requested.
I cancelled my fit4less membership months ago. Well over the 30 days of cancellation notice and I have JUST been charged again.
I would like a refund because I KNOW I have cancelled it because I do NOT have an active membership stated in my account.
I have now had to delete my direct deposit from my account for the SECOND time and would very much so like a refund because I have NOT had a membership in at least 2-3 payments you've taken. And you STILL charged me the save your rate charge too last time even though I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP.

I wrote a review a week ago, April 7/26, regarding the men's locker area at 2425 Barton St, Hamilton. I also got a petition going with about 80 signatures.
Today, April 15, the Regional Manager (Pam) happened to show up, so I was able to talk to her, and we had a walk into the locker room, and I explained to her how crowded the change area has become since they have sealed off more than half of the lockers. There are about 70 usable lockers now. With over 3500 members, I'm sure 2/3 are men. The layout of the benches and lockers doesn't allow for more than 3 guys in one area at a time.
She said, 'the other clubs only have around 85 lockers.' She also said, 'it is up to corporate to decide on this issue.' I spoke to many guys, and all are not happy.
Some are threatening to leave the gym, including me. If you are thinking of getting a membership, check out the lack of lockers first.

Dear Fit4Less Management Team,
I am writing to formally report a very serious and disappointing experience that my friend and I had at your gym approximately two weeks ago(September 22, 2025). We are both deeply concerned about how the situation was handled, and we are requesting a full refund for our memberships, as well as a proper investigation into the missing $140 cash belonging to my friend.

Registration Issues and Lack of Staff Assistance
On the evening we registered, it took over an hour and a half to complete the process because there were no staff members available to help us with the registration machine outside the gym. Eventually, a young male staff member arrived and assisted us with registering. During this time, my friend clearly mentioned that she had $140 in cash and asked if she could pay her membership fee with cash. The staff member replied that the gym does not accept cash payments.
He stayed with us for about 15 minutes during the registration process.
2. Theft of Cash from Locker
After registering, we went into the gym for a short workoutabout 15 minutes total. We stored our belongings in a locker. When we returned, my friend found her $140 cash missing.
She immediately informed the same staff member who had helped us register, and reminded him that she had previously shown him the cash while asking about paying with it. He confirmed he remembered this and told us he would contact the manager. Since there was no manager on duty, he provided us with an email address for follow-up.
The next day, my friend spoke with the manager, Thora, who said she would review the security footage. Later, she informed my friend that they did not see anyone taking the money.
However, this conclusion does not seem accurate or sufficient, especially since both of us witnessed that the money existed prior to using the locker, and my friend had clearly mentioned it to the staff member.
3. Unclean and Unsafe Conditions
A few days later, we returned to the gym to give it another chance. When we used the mats in the stretching area, we were shocked by how dirty and sticky they were, even after spraying them multiple times. The air circulation in that room was also very poor.
The day after using those mats, both my friend and I became very ill. I was later hospitalized with a serious virus, which I strongly believe was contracted at the gym due to the unsanitary conditions.
4. Unresolved Issues and Lack of Accountability
When we returned again to speak with the same staff member who had helped us during registration, we were told he no longer worked therethe day after our incident was apparently his last day.
When I spoke with Manager Thora again, she said she didnt remember my friend or the situation. This is very serious.
If she really doesnt remember talking about the $140 with my friend, that means maybe this kind of problem happens very often at the gym and many people complain to her. That makes us feel even more unsafe and uncomfortable, because it shows that these things might be happening every day and nobody is taking them seriously.
5. Our Requests
Given everything that has happened, we are not comfortable or safe continuing our membership at Fit4Less. We have already canceled our memberships and request:
1.
A full refund of all membership fees paid by both of us.
2. A thorough review of I the security footage from the registration night to verify our statements.
3. An investigation into the missing $140.
4. Written confirmation that these issues will be addressed to ensure the safety and hygiene of future members.
If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I intend to file an official job police reportregarding the missing money and the unsafe conditions at your facility.
We sincerely hope Fit4Less will take this situation seriously and respond with a fair and professional resolution.

I am writing again regarding my complaint about Richard and the staff at Fit4Less. I want to add that Torah, as the manager, only told me to report the issue to the police. She said this is the process and that the staff helped me to cancel my membership. This is not help.
She is unfortunately not professional. The staff were just doing their job neither I nor my friend asked for any help.
She said she was helping us, but we did not need help. This was just the process, and still, the money was taken again after cancellation from both of us. I am not happy that this is being ignored.
From the beginning, she kept saying, Everything is fine, and so on, but I dont want to hear that anymore.
She is not professional, not responsible, and I dont want her to follow up on my complaint. I asked for an email to escalate my complaint, and she refused to give it to me.
I am very concerned and I need someone to take this matter seriously.

I paid cash in Nov 2025. It was agreed upon that when my cash prepaid funds run out, my membership was to be cancelled.
The membership end date was March 18th, 2026. I gave 30 days' notice that my membership was to be cancelled on March 18th, and they are still sending me unpaid membership emails: 'pay your outstanding fees,' 'you missed more than one membership payment.' I've spoken to Sabrina numerous times, the Asian guy, and Chloe that I wasn’t making payments; I paid in cash.
What a pain in the *** #1 Defamation of character. #2 False threats to pay.
Preferred solution: Competancy and stop harassing me.

Super garbage support from the whole company. Its structured so theres nothing close to talking to someone thats not the GM about admin things.i got BOTH emails warning me about cancellation, giving me 30 days to pay, AND the email saying im fully shut out.

Actually the manager was correct. An alleged crime was committed at your insistence.
You have to go on record with the police and make it an official claim. This holds you (or your friend) accountable and makes everyone transparent and honest.
